With a capacity of 350 ml, the small-sized tadka pan can be used for cooking spicy and flavourful tadka and adding it to dal, rasam, sambar and other gravies. This pan is made from 140 gm heavy gauge material that offers even heat distribution, enabling you to roast or make tadka with ease.
